Services

Since we began working with our community in 2016, we have served and engaged 725 households, positively impacting over 3,000 individuals. We support individuals access necessary health, housing, and financial resources so that they can thrive.

  • Health Access

    We support with medical appointment scheduling, translation and transportation coordination, health insurance navigation, and peer counseling. We are part of SDRCC community health and behavioral health initiatives.

  • Public Assistance

    We assist families in navigating and enrolling in public assistance programs such as food assistance, disability, cash aid, health insurance, utility savings programs, and unemployment benefits.

  • Housing and Food Assistance

    We support individuals and families with rental assistance, housing applications, food access, tenant rights education, and landlord mediation.

  • Employment Access

    We help community members access employment through job search support, resume assistance, employer referrals, and career counseling.
